About Paddywack
Paddywack was founded in 2005 with a mission to bring you the finest quality in pet food, treats, toys, supplies, and gifts. Today that mission continues as we celebrate 16 years of serving Mill Creek and the surrounding community.
Paddywack is a single-location, family-owned independent store. Husband-and-wife owners Adam and Shane have more than 35 years of combined experience in the natural pet food world, having worked for several small family-owned pet supply retailers. Before purchasing the store in July, 2014, Adam served as Paddywack's Operations Manager while Shane focused on raising their two small children.
Our Pledge To You
We will carry only foods that are made with wholesome ingredients that are safe and healthy for your pet. We will not sell foods made with corn, wheat, soy, by-products, or ingredients that were rejected for human consumption.
We have not, and will not, ever accept money to stock, promote, or endorse food or product lines. Our recommendations and selections will only be based on what we feel is healthy, safe, biologically appropriate, and right for your pet. Both your pet's health and your trust are invaluable to us and we will never compromise either by allowing companies to buy space on our shelves or give us money to promote their products.
We will always give back to our local animal community. Paddywack is proud to donate a substantial amount of our annual revenue to local 501(c)3 charitable organizations that directly benefit animals in the greater Seattle area.
We believe in old-fashioned customer service. Every time you set foot in Paddywack we want you to feel welcome and attended to. Our friendly and knowledgeable team is passionate about taking good care of you and your pets and making sure you get the information and assistance you need to help you select products, change your pet's diet, or just learn something that may enrich your life with your pet. If you are looking for a quality product or healthy food that we don't normally carry, we are happy to special order it for you whenever possible.
