Our family loves Paddywack and their Team! They have always taken the care and consideration of health of my family. We first began shopping at Paddywack because they stocked the foods we chosen for our pups based upon quality, and ingredient sources, but they quickly became our go to place to shop. The staff is knowledgeable on the products that are in stock and has always been helpful in working with us to finding solutions as our pups nutritional needs have changed throughout the years. The care Paddywack takes with food and products also extend to their customers. During the pandemic they have gone above and beyond in making me feel safe in shopping in their store. The protocols each person has to go through and do in person shopping such as masks, no eating, hand sanitizing prior to touching items and spreading germs, physically distancing and limiting numbers, all necessary and reasonable, make Paddywack an establishment I fully support. I also like and appreciate that they are accommodating to their customers comfort levels and offered curbed side pick-up to meet our needs. Paddywack and their team members are always fantastic, support the community, and treat everyone who walks through their doors with care.

Paddywack is a wonderful pet store. They are the best around and truly dedicated to providing the best pet supplies your little furry friend could want or need. Their curbside pickup is amazing and their customer service is fantastic. Shane and Adam ( the owners) always have great recommendations as do their employees. They have also kept all their employees and customers safe during a pandemic. I feel safe going there knowing that they are taking every precaution possible. Thank you Paddywack.
